One of my favorites applications is Babylon. This online/offline dictionnary, is fast and reliable, but quite expensive for a personal use. So, i keep using it at office.
So i searched for an alternative to this excellent software. I finally stumble upon Lingoes. And, it rocks! 95% of Babylon functionalities, contextual translation, etc…and free!
