with what apps did you try using the cam at all?

there isn’t any sign in front of it. I manually update the drivers but it say me that the right driver for the device is already installed.
I also tried to install the VGA v7.14 but he say me that the sistem doesn’t support it.

done. there is Vega USB 2.0 Camera installed. it say that it work it really doesn’t….

Please check your “Device Manager” for already installed and probably unknown devices – devices with an explanation mark or question mark and if there is anything odd there, please post it.

hello!
yesterday I installed windows7 on my samsung q45. All drivers are ok but the webcam doesn’t work. I’ve installed the q320 drivers but it doesn’t work at all. It says me that there isn’t any camera installed.
What can I do?? can you help me please???

And please, forgive me… if I posted so many times. I did not correctly follow the instructions that you suggested a troublefixers.com. That guide suggested to look for drivers at: http://www.pcidatabase.com... and it worked!

As I found the vendor (Ricoh) there were many different devices (by ID) with the link to an executable, this was mine:
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp45001-45500/sp45112.exe

Now all my devices are detected and installed!
Thanks again to you, Thomas, and to Jean-Michel and everybody that replied to such useful post!

VEN_1180 DEV_0843 is the Ricoh Co Ltd – R5C843 MMC Host Controller
VEN_1180 DEV_0592 is the Ricoh Co Ltd – R5C592 Memory Stick Bus Host Adapter

so, as you see, the internal sd card reader isn’t installed yet.

Following the instructions I found these codes:

.. but I did not find any solution googling.
Honestly I am a newbie and maybe I am not so skilled….

Otherwise I found this reslut…but I am not be able to use this information.
